Participating Artists
A message to readers -
The Healing Burnout Guide series merges three genres. I take a research approach along with self-help and combine artistry for a therapeutic journaling experience. Discover healthy ways to cope with stress, and fatigue to prevent burnout. The books have been peer-reviewed and have received significant positive feedback. I am certain that you will find much value in the self-reflective exercises throughout the series. As you progress, the topics become more complex and insightful. I find art to be very cathartic. When I’m stressed or fatigued, reading and writing are typically my escape. It’s a wonderful way to recharge. Making or admiring art is another hobby. My true passion has been compiling and sharing this series with you. This, is my art. You will find your own hobby that helps support your recovery and freedom. Burnout is a real syndrome that has serious health implications. Make sure that you take regular breaks from your work so that you don’t tire yourself out too much. If your work is demanding too much out of you, it’s time to speak up about it. Don’t wait to order my book series if you are suffering, struggling, or emotionally challenged from any of the numerous burnout symptoms. As you peruse, each gallery contains some of my personal favorite pieces from the four seasons.
